How to get to Croydon
Croydon is easy to reach by train, bus, tram and car.
The Town Centre is 15 minutes from the M25 and has fast direct rail connections to Victoria, London Bridge, St. Pancras International and Gatwick Airport. Heathrow Airport is one bus-ride away and the new London Overground makes travelling to Canary Wharf and London's O2 arena even easier.
Croydon's famous Tramlink is the UK’s longest tram network and links Wimbledon in the west with Beckenham, Elmers End and New Addington in the south east.
You can use Oyster on all public transport in Croydon. Croydon Visitor Centre sells Oyster top-ups and Travelcards (usually the best choice for tourists and those on short visits). For advice on the costs of your journey you can contact the Centre on 020 8686 9706.
